Project Officer (ENRICH Project) World Vision Bangladesh

Implementation of project activities, including strengthening Union and Ward MCHN.Committees, supporting Community MCHN Facilitators and Community MCHN Promoters to complete Maternal & child nutrition behavior change programming.
Supporting community MCHN management committees to manage and maintain MNP supply facilities.
Supervise Community Facilitators to deliver key activities in the ground.
Mobilise Community Facilitators to conduct training needs assessments for the government health staff under upazillas and union parishads.
Enhance capacity for Community Health Worker-CHW through effective training.
Assist the government health department to render their health services for the community people efficiently.
Demonstrate effective work relationships with stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting as required.
Effective coordination with NGOs undertaking MCHN activities in the project area.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO

Have an understanding of project implementation.
Extensive knowledge related to Maternal & Child Health & Nutrition.
Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The ability to drive a motorbike will add value.
Valid motorbike license or willingness to attain one.
